About Us
Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Regenerate Chiropractic emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
For some, Regenerate Chiropractic will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others, the journey may offer a new center, one never before experienced.
People are recognizing the benefit of seeking an alternative to traditional medicine; one that will help them achieve and maintain optimal health. Please take the time to meet the doctor, team, and our wellness network dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives. To fully understand the nature of your health we recommend you join our free website membership program. As a patient at Regenerate Chiropractic, we will personally tailor a wellness program specifically targeted to your wellness needs using the least invasive yet highly-effective techniques and services.

Dr. Matt Locke
Owner + Chiropractor
Dr. Matt Locke was born in Champaign, Illinois and grew up in Greensboro, NC where he played high school football at Page High School. Dr. Matt attended Appalachian State University where he played varsity football and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. Following his baccalaureate degree, he completed a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the University of South Carolina. He began a rehabilitative company for a long-term care corporation in Columbia, SC before founding his own business, Carolina Fitness Testing, which used hydrostatic weighing to develop training and nutritional programs for clients based on their body composition. Dr. Matt has always been fascinated with the complexity and extensive capabilities of the human body. It was this fascination led him to his career in chiropractic medicine.
From his early college years to the present, Dr. Matt was himself a chiropractic patient, but it was during this time that he believed he could do more for his clients than exercise and diet alone. Dr. Matt attended Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, graduating in 2015. He learned the philosophy, science, and art of chiropractic while never losing sight of his roots in exercise and sports. Dr. Matt has worked with collegiate athletes, competitive power lifters, competitive bodybuilding and physique athletes, and the everyday person looking to live a healthier life. Dr. Matt believes that chiropractic care, exercise, and diet are the essentials for everyone from the professional athlete on the field to the everyday person in the stands.
Outside the office, Dr. Matt still enjoys being physically active and spending time with his wife Pam, and two dogs, Frank and Naomi.
Jaime
Office Manager
Jaime is a New Jersey native who has lived in Garden City, South Carolina with her husband since 2016. She had her first chiropractic adjustment at the age of 11 and has returned for care throughout her life. Jaime pursued a career loss prevention for nine years before finding her passion in healthcare. Her dedication to patient care is backed by her genuine desire to help people achieve healthy, happy, fulfilling lives. When she is not at the office trying to make everything perfectly perfect, she is in the ocean, at the gym or spending time with her family, friends, and 2 dogs, Cal and Lady May.
Marie
Chiropractic Assistant
Marie, having grew up in North Carolina, moved to Surfside Beach, South Carolina in 2019. She is an alumna of UNC Greensboro, at which she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Her mother is a chiropractor of nearly 30 years so she is no stranger to chiropractic care. Fun fact: Marie was adjusted for the first time not even a couple hours after she was born. Because of this upbringing, she has always held health and wellness as core values, and was driven to contribute to such in her professional life. In her free time, Marie enjoys cooking, reading, going to the beach, and playing with her dog.
