Food sensitivities cause a low-grade inflammation in the body. This inflammatory process releases IgG immunoglobulins. It is important to understand this is an inflammatory process but not an allergy. The test will test for 132 different food and food additives that may be cause a number of conditions. (listed below) The results are easy to understand and there is even an interactive app to use for any questions from your test.

100 million people worldwide are affected by food sensitivities and their related diseases. The testing we do in office will test for IgG and Immune complex containing C3d. Testing for both of these has shown to dramatically increases the accuracy of the food sensitivity testing.
